Our staff will meet you wherever in Luxor and transport you to your Steamship in an air-conditioned car. Sudan Nile Cruise includes embarkation and an open buffet lunch on board. Afternoon excursion to the spectacular Karnak Temple complex, which was erected by numerous Kings and rulers of ancient Egypt. 

Inside, you will view the temple of Amun, who was the father of gods in ancient Egyptian religion. You will be astounded at how massive the temple is, no surprise! Its construction and development lasted centuries, from the Middle Kingdom to the Ptolemaic period. You will tour the Luxor temple, erected by Amenophis III but primarily credited to Ramses II.

After breakfast, you will tour the Valley of the Kings, the New Kingdom's Theban necropolis where the Pharaohs designed their tombs to be artistic wonders. You will tour tombs such as Ramses VI's, which is one of the largest and best-preserved in the area. Take a look at Deir el-Madina, the renowned valley of the tomb decorators, before eating lunch and sailing to Esna near Edfu, where you will spend the night onboard.

Return to the boat and cruise to Kom Ombo for a stunning sunset. Visit the Kom Ombo Temple, a one-of-a-kind structure dedicated to the divinities Sobek and Haroeris.
