You can do many things in Cairo. Of course, going to the pyramids is the most popular tour. You can also visit the Egyptian Museum, Old Cairo, take a Felucca, or have dinner on a cruise.

The Luxor Temple was different from other temples in a city called Thebes. Most temples were made for just one god or king, but the Luxor Temple was made for the crowning of new kings. It was a special place where important ceremonies took place and where kings became rulers.

In the past, Thebes was the main city in an old kingdom. But now, it's called Luxor and it's like a big museum with lots of important things from Egypt's history, like temples, tombs, and statues.

The Museum will have lots of old things from ancient Egypt, like the things King Tut owned. Some of the things will be shown to people for the first time. The Museum will be really big, even bigger than any other museum in the world.
