Your tour guide will collect you at your accommodation in Giza or Cairo in the early morning and transport you to the Bahariya Oasis in Egypt's northern Western Desert by contemporary air-conditioned car.

Begin your Bahariya Oasis trip with a visit to the Valley of the Golden Mummies, a large burial place erected during the Greco-Roman period. This site has the best-preserved mummies from that time period.

Next, visit the Theban Necropolis, also known as the Tombs of the Nobles in Bahariya Oasis, which is a cemetery for the rulers of the region, and the Temple of Alexander the Great, which houses the unique and rare cartouche of Alexander of Macedonia.
