Your English-speaking tour guide will meet you in the hotel after your breakfast to start your tour of the Giza Pyramids. You're going to visit one of the ancient wonders of the world that still endures today, the Great Pyramid of King Cheops and the Middle Pyramid of his son Chephren. In addition to the pyramid of King Mycerinus, you will also visit the Valley Temple of King Chephren and the Great Sphinx, a large monumental statue located on the Giza Plateau, just outside of Cairo.
You will be transferred to the Egyptian Museum, which consists of two stories to display the most extensive collection of Egyptian antiquities worldwide, as well as the unique golden treasure found untouched in the Valley of the Kings, the collection owned by the boy king Tutankhamen.
Then, we will start our Coptic Cairo tour by visiting the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon and the Hanging Church, raised above the two towers of the old fort. You will then see the church of Abu Serga and the Jewish Synagogue of Ben Ezra, also known as the Ben Ezra Synagogue, which is an ancient Jewish synagogue located in Old Cairo.
