First, early in the morning, our representative will meet and greet you outside Port Said Port with an air-conditioned vehicle and driver to start your tour. Then, you will meet your qualified tour guide to explain and guide your knowledge in exploring Egyptian history.
After arriving in Giza, you will visit the Giza Pyramids. The Giza Pyramids consist of three main pyramids: The Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure. Each pyramid is estimated to contain 2.3 million blocks of stone, each weighing between 2.5 and 15 tons. Then, we'll visit the nearby Sphinx, the iconic limestone statue with the body of a lion and the head of a human. You can do many activities, such as riding camels and horses, and take some fantastic photos to be saved on your phone and memory. Also, have memorable and funny pictures with the great Sphinx and the pyramids.
After that, we will head to Sakkara to continue our adventure. Sakkara is just 27 kilometres southwest of Cairo. You will have an opportunity to visit the Step Pyramid of King Zoser. In addition, it is also known as the first pyramid that was built on Earth.
Then, continue your Cairo day tour to Memphis, the site of the enormous Ramses II monument and the enormous Alabaster Sphinx. This city has been around since 3100 B.C., and it was the capital of ancient Egypt after King Narmer united Upper and Lower Egypt.
After that, we will head to the Papyrus Institute, where we will learn about the ancient Egyptian art of papyrus-making. The Papyrus Institute is not just a museum, it is a living workshop where visitors can watch artisans recreate ancient techniques exactly as they were done thousands of years ago. Also, you will experience the process of making the papyrus and have the experience of doing your own papyrus.
After these fantastic experiences, we will have a delicious lunch in a local good restaurant in the area.
Finally, we will return to Port Said Port for the final departure.
