Yes, no problem for women, Egypt is safe. In the country, you will notice that tourists, in general, are insisted and followed a lot, sometimes it is to sell a product or because the person is a foreigner and they are attracted to differences.

Apply sunscreen if your feet are going to be in the sun; burned feet are excruciating and difficult to treat. Within and outside of your hotel, flip flops are acceptable. Wearing cozy shoes is a must while sightseeing. All of the locations are rough, stony, sandy, and dusty, including the roadways.
It is advised to dress comfortably and wear outdoor-appropriate closed-toe footwear. It's also advised to wear a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses to protect oneself from the sun. Bringing a bottle of water with you on the safari is a good idea if you want to keep hydrated.
Most hotels in Egypt allow check-in between 12:00 and 13:00. Early arrivals will be accommodated if rooms are requested in advance of check-in time, subject to availability. Check-out time is 12.00 noon. For guests who have checked out but have not yet left the hotel, the bell staff will store their luggage free of charge. Depending on availability, late check-out alternatives are available on request.
