Itinerary
At 8 am, a driver will come to your hotel to transport you to the Hurghada airport. You will board an aircraft there to travel to Luxor. Your tour guide will greet you when you arrive and take you to the Luxor East Bank Tour. Our Hurghada day trips will begin with visits to the temples of Luxor and Karnak. The first place we will go is the Luxor Temple, which was built in honor of the Theban Triad—Amun-Ra, Mut, and Khonsu. About 1250 BCE, Ramses II constructed it as a component of his burial complex.
Son of King Seti I, Ramses was a brilliant Pharaoh who led the Hittites to utter defeat in the legendary Battle of Qadesh, which prompted the Hittites to demand the most well-known peace pact in ancient history.
Next, we'll travel to the Karnak Temple, which is thought to be the most important religious complex ever constructed globally. Numerous events, such as the Feast of Min and Opet Festival, are held there as well. It is situated on the western side of the Nile River, on the east bank of Thebes (Luxor). The temples were constructed by the New Kingdom's pharaohs in honor of Amon-Re, the deity of gods and monarch of kings, and his spouse Mut, the goddess of war and love. It consists of a large outer court with almost 2,000 columns and an enormous hypostyle hall with 134 columns.

In the early morning, after breakfast, you will be transferred to the West Bank of Luxor for your hot air balloon tour. Today promises an unforgettable experience as you take a hot air balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings, offering stunning views of the surrounding desert landscape. The Valley of the Kings is renowned for its numerous tombs and burial sites of ancient Egyptian pharaohs.
Following your balloon ride, it’s time for some sightseeing! Your guide will take you on a tour of the Luxor West Bank, showcasing some of the most famous sites, including the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut’s Temple (which is especially beautiful at sunset), and more! Seeing these sites in person is truly worthwhile, as they are breathtaking!
Later in the evening, you will return to Hurghada, where you can unwind on the beach or perhaps indulge in some shopping before your journey home tomorrow morning!
