A representative of Cairo Top Tours will meet you at the Cairo International Airport terminal holding a sign with your name written on it to start your Cairo Stopover Transit Tour. Head toward the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus and discover the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one to remain largely intact.

Egyptologists believe the Pyramid of Cheops was built as a tomb for the Egyptian king Khofo and constructed over a 14 to 20-year period in 2560 BC.

During the Tour, your guide will help you to take some photos for your trip and will narrate some historical facts about the great pyramids and the builders who built this magnificent structure.

Then continues on toward the Great Sphinx. The Sphinx has the head of a pharaoh with a lion's body and dates back to the time of Chephren. This sphinx was made to guard the pyramids of King Chefren. Next, visit the Valley Temple which belonged to the Pyramids of Chephren. The temple acted as a place for the purification and mummification process of the king before burial. then you will take your Lunch "Local food" with your Guide.

Your last stop will be at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC), you will see one of the most important and largest antiquities museums in the world, and it is the first museum to be dedicated to the entirety of Egyptian civilization where more than 50,000 artifacts will relate the stages of the development of civilization from the earliest times to the modern era.

Spend your time touring the museum and visiting the permanent exhibition halls. After discovering ancient Egyptian relics, enjoy the museum's outdoor spaces and get incredible views of the Citadel of Saladin and Lake Ain El-Sira, the last natural lake in Cairo.
