Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our Cairo Top Tours tour leader will meet you with a sign bearing your name. After your long flight, it's time to unwind! You’ll be transferred to your hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Once at the hotel, our representative will assist with a smooth check-in and review your itinerary for the Pyramids, Nile Cruise, and Sharm El Sheikh Wheelchair Accessible Tour with you to confirm and finalise pick-up times for each tour.

After breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, your private tour guide will meet you to start your Cairo Day Tours. You’ll visit the renowned Giza Plateau, where you can marvel at the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the last of the original seven wonders of the ancient world, along with the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus, descendants of Cheops and Snefru, the founder of the 4th Dynasty of ancient Egypt. You'll also see the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple, or Mummification Temple, situated in front of the grand statue. Your visit includes a panoramic view of the pyramids and an opportunity for a memorable photo session. A camel ride at the Giza Pyramids is available as an optional activity.

Next, we’ll head to the Saqqara Necropolis to explore the Step Pyramid Complex, featuring the world’s first entirely stone-built structure, the Djoser Step Pyramid. The tour includes access to the Pyramid of Teti, renowned for its stunning interior, and the Tombs of the Nobles, which offer a glimpse into daily life in ancient Egypt through detailed inscriptions and paintings on the walls of these 4,000-year-old tombs.

After lunch, we'll visit Memphis, the ancient capital of the pharaohs, which was a major religious and cultural centre for over a thousand years. In the open-air museum, you’ll see the alabaster sphinx, the second-largest of its kind, made from an 80-ton block of marble, and the impressive, broken statue of Ramses II. You’ll return to your hotel and spend the night in Cairo.

Check out early in the morning and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, our local representatives will meet you and transfer you to the cruise ship. Board the vessel before lunch and enjoy your meal on board.

Begin your Aswan day tours with a visit to the High Dam, completed in 1971, and the Philae Temple, which is set on a stunning island. Afterward, we’ll sail to Kom Ombo, where you’ll have afternoon tea before visiting the temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris. We will then continue sailing to Edfu to explore some of Egypt's most impressive temples. Dinner will be served aboard the cruise ship, followed by a disco party to end the day.

Enjoy breakfast aboard your deluxe Nile Cruise before heading to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the most impressive monuments dedicated to Horus, the falcon god and protector of kingship in ancient Egypt. After visiting the temple, you’ll cross the lock and continue sailing to Luxor. In the afternoon, enjoy tea and dinner onboard, followed by the Galabeya party.

Enjoy breakfast aboard the boat before embarking on a tour of Luxor's west bank. Start with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, where you can explore the tombs of various New Kingdom dynasties. Next, visit the Temple of Deir El Bahari. Continue your exploration on the east bank with a tour of the Karnak Temple complex, built by numerous pharaohs as the seat of Amun-Re, the solar deity in ancient Egyptian religion. Then visit the Luxor Temple, where you'll marvel at the grand courtyard, massive columns, and the granite statues of Ramses the Great. On your way back, stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two enormous statues of Amenhotep III facing the Nile. Enjoy lunch on board the Nile Cruise and spend the night reflecting on your wonderful Luxor day tours.

Spend your evening at leisure before staying overnight at the hotel.

Enjoy a free day in Sharm El Sheikh or opt for an additional tour to the Monastery of St. Catherine, situated in the heart of Sinai at the base of Mount Sinai, where Moses is said to have received the commandments. The monastery, managed by the Greek Orthodox Church, is surrounded by gardens and cypress trees. It boasts the world's second-largest collection of illuminated manuscripts, following the Vatican. You can also view the Burning Bush and an array of antique art, including priceless icons, intricately carved doors, stunning wall paintings, and other exquisite religious artefacts.

Begin with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, which houses the world’s largest collection of Egyptian antiquities, including the intact treasures of the golden Pharaoh Tutankhamun, as featured in our accessible Egypt tours.

Next, head to the Citadel of Saladin to explore the impressive Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque and take in panoramic views of Cairo’s Islamic district, showcasing centuries-old mosques, minarets, and domes, some dating back over a thousand years.
