These impressive structures include the Great Pyramid of King Cheops, constructed during Egypt's 4th dynasty approximately 4500 years ago by Cheops, the son of Snefru. It held the title of the world's tallest building until the construction of Lincoln Cathedral in 1311 A.D., after nearly 20 years of painstaking construction.

The day continues with a journey through ancient antiquities, visiting the Valley Temple of King Chephren, the Pyramid of Mycerinus, and the iconic Great Sphinx. Following exploration of the Giza plateau, you will be transported to downtown Cairo for a tour of the Egyptian Museum. This museum boasts over 120,000 artifacts, showcasing the exquisite mastery of ancient Egyptian art. Highlights include the fascinating golden collection of King Tutankhamen and an exploration of the royal mummies room. Afterward, enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant before returning to the hotel for overnight stay.

After enjoying your breakfast buffet at the hotel, you have the day to relax at your leisure or opt for an optional day tour to Alexandria from Cairo. Explore the ancient Greco-Roman ruins of Alexandria, once the capital of Egypt in the 4th century B.C., established by Alexander the Great to rival the Greek cities of that era.

Included Meal: Breakfast

After your daily buffet breakfast in the morning, you will meet our representative who will escort you to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival at Aswan airport, another representative will greet you and transfer you to the cruise ship, assisting with check-in procedures. Once settled, you will embark on your Aswan excursions starting with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, a monumental project initiated by President Nasser in the 20th century to control Nile floods and provide electricity across Egypt.

Your tour continues with a visit to the Temple of Philae, a Ptolemaic temple dedicated to the goddess Isis in ancient Egyptian mythology. You will also explore the granite quarries to see the Unfinished Obelisk, believed to have been commissioned during Queen Hatshepsut's reign. Return to the cruise ship for lunch and dinner, spending the night in Aswan.

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Enjoy breakfast on board the ship as we smoothly sail along the Nile. Our first stop is at Edfu, where we will visit the impressive Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus, who symbolizes the sky and is the son of Osiris. Next, we proceed to the Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to two ancient Egyptian gods, Sobek and Horus the Elder. After exploring these historic sites, we return to the cruise ship for lunch and dinner, spending the night on board.

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Following breakfast on the boat, we will arrive in Luxor, renowned as the world's largest open-air museum due to its wealth of ancient monuments. Luxor, located in Upper Egypt, was known as Thebes in ancient times and served as the capital during both the Middle Kingdom and the New Kingdom periods. On the eastern bank of the Nile lies the modern city of Luxor and the impressive Luxor Temple. At the northern edge of the city stands the sprawling Karnak Temple complex, built approximately 4055 years ago. Notable for its colossal main hypostyle hall featuring 134 massive columns, Karnak Temple offers a captivating journey into the past starting from its first pylon. We will also visit the Temple of Luxor, a monumental structure constructed by King Amenhotep III, known as one of the largest religious sites on earth. After exploring Luxor's east bank, we will return to the cruise ship.

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Following a delightful breakfast, you will disembark from your Nile cruise journey from Aswan to Luxor and commence your tours on Luxor's west bank. Your first stop will be at the Valley of the Kings, the ancient necropolis of the New Kingdom where ongoing excavations continue to reveal new discoveries. This site is renowned for its well-preserved tombs, many of which remain untouched since their original sealing.

Next, you will visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a mortuary temple known for its depiction of the divine birth of Queen Hatshepsut, a semi-divine figure in Egyptian history. You will also visit the Colossi of Memnon, colossal statues of Amenhotep III. Following these explorations, you will be transferred to Luxor airport for your flight back to Cairo, where you will spend the night at a hotel.
