The Great Sphinx of Giza stands as a grand sentinel of ancient Egypt, while the Valley Temple, situated directly in front of the Sphinx, was primarily used for the ritual known as the "opening of the mouth," crucial for King Chephren's transition into the afterlife, enabling him to eat, drink, and speak.

Afterward, a 35-minute drive will transport you to the open-air museum in the ancient city of Memphis, where you can explore relics and masterpieces from Egypt's oldest capital city. Our comprehensive tour includes access to the Pyramid of Teti, adorned inside with hieroglyphs and royal cartouches, as well as the tomb of Kagemni—a noble's tomb decorated with vibrant scenes depicting daily life in ancient Egypt.

Upon concluding your tour, we'll transfer you back to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.

Next, we'll journey to the Citadel of Qaitbay, constructed using remnants of the ancient Pharos Lighthouse. En route, we'll pass by the contemporary Bibliotheca of Alexandria before indulging in a delightful seafood lunch at a sea-view restaurant.

Afterward, we'll return to Cairo for an overnight stay.
