Overnight in Cairo.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast buffet at your hotel in Cairo before meeting your knowledgeable English-speaking guide for a full-day tour of the Giza Plateau.

Your first stop will be the iconic Great Pyramid of Cheops, built over 4,500 years ago using more than 2.6 million stone blocks. There are ancient records suggesting that Cheops ruled for about 23 years and had several sons, including the well-known "Ghadf raa," "Chephren," and "Hor Ghadf," who experienced some family tensions during their time.

Next, you will explore the Pyramid of Chephren, the second-largest of the pyramids, built by Cheops' son. King Chephren also created the Sphinx and the Valley Temple nearby. You will then visit the Pyramid of Mycerinus, the smallest of the three major pyramids, distinguished by its granite casing sourced from Aswan, in addition to its limestone construction.

At the base of the plateau, marvel at the majestic Sphinx, symbolizing strength and wisdom with its lion’s body and pharaoh’s head. The tour includes a panoramic view of all the pyramids together, perfect for capturing unforgettable photos. Plus, you’ll enjoy a complimentary 15-minute camel ride and, if you wish, an optional visit to the Solar Boat Museum behind the Great Pyramid.

From there, journey to Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid Complex of King Djoser, the oldest pyramid in history, dating back over 4,600 years. You will also visit the Pyramid of Teti, which boasts an intricately decorated interior, as well as the tombs of nobles in Saqqara, providing a vivid depiction of ancient Egyptian daily life through its elaborate wall carvings.

Finally, head to Memphis, the first capital of ancient Egypt, now a part of modern-day Giza. At the open-air museum, you’ll witness the grand statue of Ramses II and the alabaster sphinx. After a day of incredible discoveries, you'll be taken back to your hotel for a restful overnight stay in Cairo.

Meals: Breakfast.

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, your Cairo Day Tours will continue with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, accompanied by your knowledgeable guide from Cairo Top Tours. Established in 1902, the museum houses over 120,000 artifacts, including magnificent statues of Egypt's great kings. Be sure to check out the impressive treasures of the golden King Tutankhamun.

Next, you'll make your way to the Citadel of Saladin, constructed by the famed Islamic leader Sultan Saladin to protect Cairo from Crusader forces. Inside the citadel, marvel at the beautiful alabaster mosque built about 200 years ago by King Mohamed Ali during Turkish rule.

Your Egyptologist will then lead you to Coptic Cairo, a historical stronghold for Christians before the Islamic conquest. It is said that Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary sought refuge here from King Herod. You'll visit the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon and the stunning Hanging Church, which dates back to the 3rd century. You'll also explore the Church of St. Sergius, home to a crypt where the Holy Family supposedly stayed for nearly three months. Your visit will also include the serene Ben Ezra Synagogue.

Afterward, you'll head to the Islamic district of Cairo to explore Khan El Khalili, the oldest bazaar in the Middle East, which has been a vibrant marketplace for over a thousand years.

At the end of the day, you'll be transferred back to your hotel for another night in Cairo.

Meals: Breakfast.

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, your tour guide will meet you and arrange your transfer to Cairo International Airport, where you'll continue your Egypt tours. Upon reaching Sharm El Sheikh, a Cairo Top Tours guide will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel for check-in.

You’ll have the rest of the day to relax and explore the city at your leisure. Enjoy your overnight stay at your hotel.

Meals: Breakfast

Your guide will collect you from your hotel at 2 p.m. and escort you to the Quad Bike Centre, just a 15-minute drive away. After a quick safety briefing and driving lesson, set off on your exhilarating Quad Bike journey. Ride through the sandy terrain of the Sinai desert, soaking in the breathtaking scenery. After around an hour of driving, you’ll pause at the highest point of Wadi Al-Aat to relax and enjoy some authentic Bedouin herbal tea. You'll then ride your quad bike back to Sharm and be transferred to your hotel, where you'll have the rest of the evening free to enjoy. Overnight at the hotel.

Meals: Breakfast.

After breakfast, your guide will meet you at the hotel and transfer you to the marina, where you'll board a boat bound for Ras Mohamed National Park. As we sail through the crystal-clear waters, you'll have the opportunity to discover the incredible marine life, with over 130 species of coral and 1,000 types of fish. The boat will make three stops along the way, allowing you to swim and snorkel in the stunning Red Sea. By late afternoon, you’ll be taken back to the dock and then transferred to your hotel.
