Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel to drop off your luggage before beginning your day's tour.

Start your day by visiting the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx, located in the Giza Necropolis. Egypt day tours offer insights into the Great Pyramid of Giza (Cheops Pyramid), the Pyramid of Khafre (Chephren), and the Pyramid of Menkaure (Mecerinus), along with their respective pyramid complexes. Explore the Great Sphinx of Giza and the nearby Valley Temple after descending from the plateau. You can also opt for a camel ride at the Giza plateau to enjoy its magnificent views (optional activity).

Next, journey to the Saqqara Necropolis, a renowned site of ancient Egypt. Explore the Step Pyramid of Djoser, one of Egypt's earliest pyramids, and visit the tombs of notable nobles, including the Tomb of Teti from the 6th Dynasty.

Conclude your day by exploring the pyramids at the Dahshur archaeological site, known for the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid, both built by King Snefru, father of King Cheops. You'll have the opportunity to enter these historic structures dating back to the early 4th Dynasty of Egypt.

Snefru, credited with significant achievements during his reign, expanded Egypt's foreign trade, led mining expeditions, and made notable contributions to pyramid architecture at Dahshur. Today, visitors can marvel at these impressive pyramids, a testament to Snefru's engineering prowess.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Giza before returning to your hotel with our tour leader.

Your tour of Alexandria from Cairo begins after breakfast.

Your personal tour guide and driver will meet you outside your hotel. Alexandria, founded in 332 B.C. by Alexander the Great, was once the capital of Egypt for nearly 1000 years until the Arab conquest in the 7th century. It remained the second most important city after Cairo.

Upon arrival in Alexandria, your tour starts with a visit to the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, originally a private tomb for a wealthy Romanized Egyptian family, later expanded into a burial site for the city's residents.

Next, a short drive takes you to Pompey's Pillar, the tallest ancient column in Egypt, erected in gratitude to Roman Emperor Diocletian.

Enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea en route to the Citadel of Qaitbay, constructed in 1477 A.D. on the site of the legendary Pharos Lighthouse.

Savour a seafood lunch at a scenic Alexandria restaurant before visiting the modern Bibliotheca Alexandrina, rebuilt after a previous fire.

Your private driver and guide will accompany you back to Cairo, with a stop halfway for refreshments.

After enjoying your delicious breakfast, our Egyptologist will meet you to embark on an enriching tour of the Egyptian Museum. Here, you'll explore the world's most extensive collection of Egyptian antiquities, including treasures such as King Tutankhamen's golden mask and coffins.

Following approximately 2 hours at the Egyptian Museum, our journey continues with a visit to the Citadel of Saladin during our Islamic Cairo tour. This fortress, built in the 12th century by Mamluk rulers to defend against crusaders, houses the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, constructed in 1830 by Ottoman King Mohammed Ali.

We'll pause for a delightful lunch break before commencing our Coptic Cairo tour as part of our Egypt Easter Tours. We'll explore the Coptic district, beginning with the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon, dating back to the 1st century. Here stands the Hanging Church, suspended on towers, an iconic symbol of Coptic Cairo. We'll wander through narrow alleys reminiscent of old Jerusalem to visit the Church of St. Sergius, where the Holy Family sought refuge for nearly 3 months during their time in Egypt. Our tour of Coptic Cairo concludes with a visit to the historic Jewish area to see Ben Ezra Synagogue, originally a Christian church before being converted.

Next, we'll explore Islamic Cairo by strolling along El Moez Ledin Ellah Street, the oldest street in Fatimid Cairo and a remarkable open-air museum of Islamic art and architecture. Our walk culminates at Al Azhar Mosque before enjoying a break at El Fishawy, the oldest café in Khan El Khalili, where you can sip Turkish coffee or indulge in a special mango juice.

Finally, we'll return to the hotel by car and spend the night in Cairo.

Meet our tour guide in the hotel lobby to accompany you to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor, continuing your Egypt tours. Upon arrival in Luxor, our team will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel for check-in and relaxation. If time permits, we'll start our tour immediately, beginning with the renowned West Bank of Luxor.

Explore the Valley of the Kings, where you'll have the opportunity to enter three remarkable pharaohs' tombs from the New Kingdom. Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as Deir El Bahari, and marvel at the Colossi of Memnon, the remains of King Amenophis III's mortuary temple facing the Nile.

Enjoy a gourmet lunch at a local restaurant in Luxor before continuing with the East Bank tour. Discover the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple Complex, constructed over 2000 years by various ancient Egyptian rulers. Begin at the Avenue of the Sphinxes leading to the passageway connecting Karnak and Luxor Temples. Explore the Unfinished Pylon of King Nectanebo and the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 colossal columns. Learn about the largest standing obelisk in Egypt, erected by Queen Hatshepsut in honor of the sun god Amun Re. Your guide will provide insights into the Temple of Amun adorned with lotus and papyrus motifs symbolizing Upper and Lower Egypt, as well as the Granite Scarab of Amenophis III and the sacred lake.

Retire for the night in Luxor.

Consider additional excursions in Luxor, such as the Sound and Light Show at Karnak Temple.

Your day will start early with a 7:00 am flight from Luxor to Aswan after completing the check-out procedures. The journey by road from Aswan back to Luxor takes approximately 3 hours.

Upon arrival, your sightseeing in Aswan will commence with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, located 6.5 km south of the city. This dam was a pivotal project in Egypt's economic development under the late President Gamal Abdel Nasser.

Following this, you'll be guided to a boat to visit the Philae Temple. The Philae monuments span several significant periods in Egypt's history, including the Pharaonic, Ptolemaic, Roman, and Christian eras. Key structures include the Temple of Isis, the Temple of Hathor, and the Kiosk.

After completing the Aswan day tours, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch in Aswan, followed by transfer to your hotel in Aswan for check-in.

After enjoying your meal, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to visit the Abu Simbel temples, renowned for the temples of Ramses II, where our Egyptologist will provide fascinating insights about them.

These immense rock-cut temple complexes consist of two large temples carved into the mountainside, built during the reign of Ramses II for himself and his beloved wife Queen Nefertari. You'll return to Aswan by around 1:00 pm and then be transferred to Aswan airport for your flight back to Cairo.

Upon arrival at Cairo airport, you'll meet a representative from Cairo Top Tours who will transfer you to your hotel in Cairo for check-in and an overnight stay.

Our adventure concludes here. After enjoying your final gourmet breakfast at the hotel during your Egypt tours, you have the option to partake in one of our optional day tours in Cairo.

At the agreed pick-up time, our representative will arrive to transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your departure, marking the conclusion of your Cairo, Alexandria, and Nile Easter Tours.
