Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, an agent from Cairo Top Tours will meet you and guide you through a smooth arrival process. You will then be transferred to your hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. At the hotel, your tour guide will review your itinerary for the Cairo, Nile Cruise & Red Sea Tour and confirm pick-up times for your Egypt travel plans. They will also assist with a quick and easy check-in.

You can either relax and enjoy your first evening at leisure or choose to book an optional tour of the Sound and Light Show at the Giza Pyramids.

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, a representative from Cairo Top Tours will be there to greet you with a sign bearing your name. You’ll be transferred to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. At the hotel, you’ll receive assistance with a smooth check-in process.

On your first evening, you have the option to relax at the hotel or book an optional excursion to the Sound and Light Show at the Giza Pyramids. The following morning, start your day with breakfast at the hotel before meeting your private Egyptologist from Cairo Top Tours. They will guide you through a fascinating exploration of the Giza Pyramids, including the Great Pyramid of King Cheops and its successors, Chephren and Mycerinus. Capture memorable photos of these iconic sites and, if you wish, enjoy a camel ride in the Giza Pyramids area (optional).

Your tour will continue with a visit to the renowned Sphinx, which has stood guard over the necropolis for over 4,500 years with its majestic man-headed lion form. Next, you’ll explore the Valley Temple of King Chephren, learning about ancient Egyptian mummification rituals. This temple was part of the pyramid complex, which included a valley temple, a mortuary temple, and a burial pyramid. The Valley Temple is notable for its preservation and historical significance.

The Giza Pyramids tour also includes a panoramic view of the site, offering stunning photo opportunities of all the pyramids in Giza.

After lunch, you will visit Memphis, the ancient capital of the pharaohs, where you can see the alabaster sphinx statue of Ramses II at the open-air museum.

Your day will conclude with a visit to Saqqara, one of Egypt’s most significant archaeological sites. At Saqqara, explore the Step Pyramid Complex and the Pyramid of Djoser, the world’s first stone-built structure with six stone layers. You’ll also have the chance to enter the Pyramid of Teti and visit one of the noble tombs, such as the Kagemni tomb.

After savouring a buffet breakfast at your Cairo hotel, your Egypt tour continues with the help of your private guide. Your first destination is the Egyptian Museum, renowned for its vast collection of Egyptian antiquities. Explore two floors of exhibits showcasing royal mummies, colossal statues, and the stunning treasures of King Tutankhamun, all preserved in pristine condition.

Following your museum visit, you'll head to Coptic Cairo. Tour the Hanging Church, perched above the remnants of the Roman fortress of Babylon, and visit the Church of Abu Serga, known for its crypt where the Holy Family is believed to have taken refuge. Your exploration of Coptic Cairo will also include the Ben Ezra Synagogue, traditionally associated with the discovery of baby Moses.
