The next stop will be Luxor Temple which was built by Amenhotep III during the 18th dynasty and dedicated to Amon-Ra.

This temple has been considerably restored by many pharaohs such as king Tutankhamun, Horemheb, and also Alexander the Great built a shrine there to gain the blessings of the gods.

We then visit the Valley of the Kings, where an estimated 63 tombs were constructed for rulers in ancient Egypt's 18th through 20th dynasties. One of these tombs belongs to Tutankhamun who was only 19 years old when he died in 1324 BCE. His tomb was discovered in 1922 CE by Howard Carter and George Herbert (Lord Carnarvon).

Next, we visit Hatshepsut Temple at Deir el Bahari which was built during her reign as pharaoh (1503–1483 BCE) under Thutmose III's rule. The temple consists of three terraces reached by ramps with a series of colonnaded courts at each end; a hypostyle hall leads into a sanctuary.
