Cairo Airport also obtained a permanent licence as an international airport that is renewed every three years after passing the periodic inspection by the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority, which confirms that it meets all the conditions, legislation and international standards adopted by the Aviation Authority to approve Egyptian airports to operate as international airports, as is the case in all airports around the world.
