You will enjoy one of the best (and most important) excursions in Egypt: a tour of the pyramids and the Step Pyramid from Port Said. Located around 59 feet (18 meters) above the earth, the north side of the Great Pyramid is where the entrance is found. From there, a sloping tunnel descends into the inner masonry of the pyramid, past the rocky soil that supports the building and terminates in an incomplete subterranean chamber. You will be able to take many beautiful pictures with the Great Sphinx, characterized by its structure built in the shape of a lion's body and human head. You will visit the Saqqara area to see the step pyramid, which was constructed from six mastabas; this Step Pyramid is one of the most famous (and top-visited) pyramids in Egypt.

The Step Pyramid consists of six stepped tiers, or levels, that ascend in height. The Step Pyramid originally had a smooth white limestone casing that would have made it even more magnificent. However, most of the casing stones have since been removed, leaving the pyramid mostly bare stone. The Step Pyramid is among the most visited archaeological sites in Egypt. It is one of the most visited places for tourists and photographers.
