At 8 am, a driver will come to your hotel to take you to Hurghada airport. There, you will board a flight to Luxor. Upon your arrival, your tour guide will meet you and escort you on the Luxor East Bank Tour. Our day trips from Hurghada will commence with visits to the Luxor and Karnak temples.

Our first stop will be the Luxor Temple, which was constructed in honor of the Theban Triad—Amun-Ra, Mut, and Khonsu. Built around 1250 BCE as part of his burial complex, this temple was commissioned by Ramses II.

Ramses, the son of King Seti I, was an extraordinary Pharaoh who achieved a significant victory over the Hittites in the famous Battle of Qadesh, which led to the Hittites seeking the most renowned peace treaty in ancient history.

Next, we will proceed to the Karnak Temple, regarded as the most significant religious complex ever built worldwide. It hosts numerous events, including the Feast of Min and the Opet Festival. The complex features a vast outer court with nearly 2,000 columns and an enormous hypostyle hall comprising 134 columns.

You will spend the night in Luxor.

In the early morning, after breakfast, you will be taken to the West Bank of Luxor for your hot air balloon tour. Today, you'll have the chance to enjoy an unforgettable hot air balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings, where you'll get incredible views of the surrounding desert landscape. The Valley of the Kings is famous for its many tombs and burial sites of ancient Egyptian pharaohs.

After the balloon ride, it's time for some sightseeing! Your guide will lead you on a West Bank tour of Luxor, showing you some of the most iconic sites, including the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut’s Temple (which is particularly stunning at sunset), and more! Visiting these sites in person is worthwhile; they are truly breathtaking!

Later in the evening, you'll head back to Hurghada, where you can relax on the beach or maybe do some shopping before your journey home tomorrow morning!
