Hurghada to Cairo Day Trip

The day kicks off with one of Cairo’s most iconic experiences: a tour of the Giza Pyramids. Marvel at the only surviving wonder of the ancient world, the Great Pyramid of Cheops, located within the Giza Necropolis. Your Egyptologist guide will provide fascinating insights into the construction of these monumental structures and their significance in ancient Egyptian mythology.

Standing at the base of the Great Pyramid, with its massive 15-ton blocks, will transport you back to the era of the pharaohs. We’ll then head to the high plateau for a panoramic view of the entire site, including the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus. There will also be an optional camel ride around the Giza Pyramids.

Next, we’ll visit the Valley Temple and the Great Sphinx, renowned for its human-headed figure symbolising the wisdom and strength of ancient Egypt.

After a delicious lunch, we’ll continue to the Egyptian Museum in El Tahrir Square, where your guide will highlight the museum’s most impressive exhibits.

Finally, we’ll transfer you back to the bus station for your return journey to Hurghada after an enriching day in Cairo.
