It is advised to wear comfortable footwear because there may be walking involved.

Some of the most famous buildings in Cairo from a long time ago are the big Mosque-School of Sultan Hasan, the Mosque of Amir al-Maridani, the Mosque of Sultan al-Mu'ayyad (which has two tall towers above the entrance), the Sultan Al-Ghuri area, and the special place where Sultan Qaytbay is buried in the North.

The mosque was named after a commander and was built a long time ago in Egypt as the main building in a new city. It was the first mosque in Egypt and one of the first in Africa.
