Itinerario
When you arrive at Cairo International Airport, a representative of Cairo Top Tours will be waiting for you by the luggage belt while holding a sign for our business. Your 17-day Egypt tour itinerary will be revised to ensure that we cover every detail while having our staff spend your Egypt tours. You will be driven to your hotel in a private vehicle and assisted with a quick check-in.
Overnight in Cairo hotel
Welcome drink
You will meet your licensed Egyptologist at the Giza Necropolis to begin your Giza Pyramids tour after eating your first breakfast in Egypt at the hotel. Your tour guide will go into great detail about Egypt's history and the origins of the idea to construct the Greek (pyramid) buildings.
Transfer by your exclusive vehicle to the Giza plateau to get a full view of the three pyramids for the kings of Egypt during the 4th dynasty of the old kingdom, Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus. Ask your guide if you would like to have a camel ride in the Giza Pyramids (an optional activity), and he will book it for you the moment you enjoy the great atmosphere of a 4500-year-old plateau.
The Valley Temple of Chephren, which was constructed to mummify the king's body so it could be preserved for resurrection, will be our next stop. From the temple, a passageway leads to the Great Sphinx, a statue that was carved from a single piece of plateau bedrock to represent the wisdom and power of the Egyptian pharaoh.
You will be transferred to Cairo downtown, specifically Tahrir Square, where you will have an interesting Egyptian Museum to see the most ancient collection of Egyptian antiquities displayed inside and outside the two floors of the Egyptian Museum. The golden collection of King Tutankhamun will catch your interest, especially the pure gold funeral mask.
Before being taken to Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, the old market in the center of medieval Cairo, where you will enjoy Cairo shopping tours and see the Islamic monuments that date back to the eighth century A.D., enjoy a lunch of local cuisine at one of the high-quality restaurants.
Get back to your hotel to stay overnight after finishing the Cairo trips.

After breakfast, your tour guide will meet you in the hotel lobby and drive you to the Dahshur Necropolis, where you can see two of the four pyramids built for King Snefru. It was constructed as a series of burial tombs for the 4th dynasty king, the father of King Cheops, until he finally had the Red Pyramid, the first perfectly shaped pyramid in history, built.
Before visiting the Saqqara Necropolis to see King Djoser's pyramid complex, which was constructed nearly 200 years before the enormous pyramid in Giza and features the Step Pyramid and other pyramids like King Teti's pyramid and the tombs of the nobles at Saqqara, you will enter one of them. Kagemni, the vizier of Justice and husband to one of King Teti's daughters, was buried there.
Continue your excursions to Memphis, the ancient city that served as Egypt's first capital. The area is now known as Mit Rahina and features an outdoor museum where you can see the enormous, nearly 80-ton alabaster sphinx and the enormous statue of Ramses II.
Have your tasty lunch in Giza before being accompanied by your tour guide back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will be driven to the airport in Cairo to catch your flight to Aswan, where you will be met by a representative and driven to board your boat for the Aswan to Luxor Nile cruise before lunch. The High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk in the granite quarries, and the Temple of Philae should be the first stops on your Aswan sightseeing tours.
The Temple of Philae, which was constructed in a Greco-Roman style and overlooks the Nile River, will captivate your eyes with its incredible beauty. After returning to the cruise ship, take in your dinner and the captain's welcome beverage before spending the night on board in Aswan.

Following the breakfast buffet, you will meet your guide and travel to the Temple of Kom Ombo, which was constructed for the worship of the crocodile god Sobek, who served as the principal deity of the area, and Horaeris, one of Horus' many incarnations as the sky god. Take your time taking pictures, then return to the boat for lunch as you cruise toward Edfu, dinner on board, and the evening performance.

After breakfast today, you will go to the Temple of Edfu, which was created to honor the god Horus, the son of Isis and Osiris and the guardian of kingship as shown in numerous statues of the royal kings, including the King Chephren statue in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. As your cruise ship heads for Luxor, return to the ship for lunch, dinner, and overnight on board.

Following a delicious breakfast, you will disembark your Nile cruise ship for a tour of Luxor's east and west banks. Your Luxor west bank tours will take you to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most powerful queens in ancient Egypt who ruled Egypt for 20 years of peace and prosperity. On the way, we'll pause by the Colossi of Memnon, two enormous statues of King Amenhotep III.
Transfer to the east bank of Luxor tours to continue your Luxor excursions. Visit the magnificent Luxor Temple, which King Amenophis III built, and you might not notice that one of the two obelisks that flanked the entrance is now located in Concorde Square. You will pass by the Avenue of the Sphinxes, which connects the two temples, on your way to see the magnificent Karnak Temple.

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and get ready to check out early in order to spend three days traveling from Cairo to Bahariya Oasis and the White Desert. Your private vehicle is prepared, and your knowledgeable tour guide will meet you to begin your nearly 4-hour drive with a few rest stops.
Once you arrive at the Bahriya Oasis, you will visit the museum of Golden Mummies and the Temple of Alexander the Great, who defeated Persia and commanded the kingdom of Egypt in 332 B.C. In addition to the Tombs of the Nobles who ruled the Bahariya during the XVI dynasty of ancient times, see further the temple of Ein Muftella, which is considered to be the city center in the ancient city of Al Qasr, which means the palace.
After enjoying a delicious lunch prepared with natural ingredients in a nice restaurant, we will head back to the hotel for a leisurely afternoon. While there, you can take a dip in the hotel's hot spring.
In the late afternoon, we will pick you up once more and drive you up the Black Mountain in a land cruiser to see the "English House" ruins and take in the sunset panorama of the oasis. Sleep in Bahariya.

Start the tour to Bahariya Oasis and the white desert after breakfast at your hotel to see the enormous salt lake on the edge of the oasis and the magnificent golden sand dunes. You will be taken to see the fruit gardens as well as how the locals climb the palm trees to collect fresh dates.
We'll make a pit stop for lunch at a nice eatery inside the Bahariya Oasis. Then, continuing with our 17-day itinerary in Egypt, we'll head to the White Desert to see the Black Desert, which was formed by volcanic eruptions and is distinguished by its black rocks. After that, we'll pass by the Valley of El Haize, the final Bahariya village to the south, where you can stop for a quick dip in a hot spring if you'd like.
Later, we'll transfer you to the magnificent Valley of Agabat and Crystal Mountain. Lastly, while your local guides prepare your gourmet dinner, you will spend the night camping in the White Desert and have the chance to see a beautiful sunset.

Your certified Egyptologist will meet you in the hotel lobby following breakfast so they can accompany you on your overnight tour from Cairo to Alexandria in a private air-conditioned vehicle. The trip takes about 3 hours, including a stop for you to stretch your leg and get a drink. Your tour guide will give you a historical overview of Alexandria, a stunning city.
Upon arrival, you will begin your excursions in Alexandria by visiting the legendary Pompey's Pillar, a structural marvel that is placed at the center of the ruined Serapeum in Alexandria. It was devoted to God Serapis, who was thought to be the guardian of Alexandria.
The Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, which are believed to have been cut for royal Pharaonic purposes and later romanized, are one of the largest Roman catacombs. Up until the 4th century A.D., the catacombs were in use before being abandoned. The circular water well that surrounds it has a diameter of six meters and a depth of about ten meters. This is the staircase leading to the three-story catacombs.
After a delicious lunch of fresh seafood in a chic venue by the water, proceed to the hotel for check-in and the night. You can certainly enjoy a stroll along the coast at night; just let your tour guide know what time you'd like to do it.

After breakfast at the hotel, get ready to continue your Alexandria tours by visiting the Citadel of Qaitbay, which was built on the remains of the ancient Lighthouse Pharos that was unintentionally destroyed during a significant earthquake that struck the city in the sixth century A.D. Most of the buildings and monuments from the ancient city were destroyed and submerged under the seawater, and there is no documentation regarding the precise appearance of the anci.
You will pass by the contemporary Library of Alexandria, which was opened to the public in 1996 with the assistance of UNESCO, on your way back to Cairo. Ptolemy I founded the old library at the beginning of the third century B.C., and his son Ptolemy II expanded it.
You will be transferred back to Cairo for a 2 hours drive. Transfer to the hotel in Cairo and overnight.
