Your English-speaking tour guide will meet you at the hotel following breakfast to start your visit to the Pyramids of Giza, two of the oldest wonders of the world that are still standing are the Great Pyramid of King Cheops and the Middle Pyramid of his son Cephren, both of which are located in Giza. The Great Sphinx and The Valley Temple of King Chephren are also nearby.
You will be taken to the Egyptian Museum, which has the world's largest collection of Egyptian artifacts. The unexplored golden treasure discovered in the Valley of the Kings as well as some items owned by King Tutankhamun are also on display.
After that, you'll go on a Coptic Cairo tour to see the Roman fortress of Babylon and The Hanging Church, which is built above two of its towers. The Abu Serga Church and the Ben Ezra Synagogue will be your next stops.
At one of Cairo's most renowned restaurants, savor a traditional Egyptian lunch. To get a sense of Islamic Cairo, we'll visit some of Cairo's well-known mosques after lunch, such as the Fatimid Khan el-Khalili and the Mosque of Ibn Tulun. Before heading back to our hotel, we'll take a stroll through the Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of Cairo's oldest markets, to shop for souvenirs.
