Your tour of Coptic Cairo continues when we arrive at the Ben Ezra Synagogue, which is thought to represent the location of the fortress from which the daughter of the pharaoh retrieved Moses' box from the Nile.
Following lunch, you will be transported to the Islamic Cairo neighborhood where you will witness the walls and gates of the medieval city built by the Fatimid king Badr Al Gamali as well as the ancient, winding lanes lined with vibrant shops that date back to the 10th century. When visiting Islamic Cairo, you'll go to great lengths to have a cup of mint tea at Al-Fishawy, one of the oldest coffee shops in Khan El Khalili Bazaar is a historic marketplace.
