The drive will take about three hours, and we'll make a quick stop for snacks and a little break before we arrive.

Kick off your exciting day trip to Cairo from Alexandria Port with a visit to the legendary Giza Plateau, home to some of the world's most iconic monuments. Stand in awe before the Great Pyramid of King Cheops, an engineering marvel that held the record as the tallest human-made structure for over three millennia until the construction of the Eiffel Tower. As you explore further, you’ll discover the impressive Pyramid of King Chephren and the Pyramid of Mykerinus, the smallest of the three but equally rich in history and significance.

For a super fun adventure, you can go on a camel ride across the Giza Plateau and see the amazing pyramids! After that, you can get into a car and visit the Valley Temple of King Chephren, which is the only mummification temple still standing in Giza. Then, you can see the big Sphinx up close! It’s a giant statue that’s 20 meters tall, made from the rock in Giza. It has the body of a lion and the head of a king, and it shows how strong and great the ancient Egyptians were.

After your adventure, you will be taken back to your cruise ship at Alexandria Port. The trip back will take about three hours, and we will stop for a quick break along the way. That's the end of your exciting day in Cairo! Take your time to explore the two floors of this old museum, which is in a beautiful building that was built in 1902. You'll get to see many amazing things, including the famous treasures of the Golden Pharaoh Tutankhamun. If we have enough time, your guide will take you to Khan El Khalili, one of the oldest and most colorful markets in Cairo, where you can enjoy some fun shopping.
