7 Days Easter vacation to Cairo and Sharm El shiekh

Are you ready to discover ancient Egypt? Take your delicious breakfast and be ready for your new discoveries. Our tour will start with your private tour guide who will meet you in the morning to start your tour. 

Firstly, you will be transferred to visit Saqqara; it is one of the most significant attractions in Egypt.  It includes artifacts from the beginning of Egyptian history and tombs decorated with the fascinating inscriptions on its walls. The area is divided into many sectors: It includes three main sectors. Let’s begin with discovering the northern sector, which includes a group of tombs like the tombs of Kaaber (Sheikh al-Balad) and Hassi Ra.

In addition, there are also mastabas for the Egyptian kings after the First and Second Dynasties. Then the most famous sector: where you can find the stepped pyramid of King Djoser, which is the first pyramid to be made from stone by Imhotep. Besides, you can see the pyramid of Teti and his two wives and the Onis pyramid, which has hieroglyphic writings on its walls for the deceased. 

After this, you will be transferred to see the wonderous pyramids of the Giza plateau. When you reach them, you will not believe how massive and huge the pyramids were for the Egyptian kings. The Egyptian kings built it to embrace their bodies and valuable possessions as the representative of God according to their beliefs. 

The miracle of the construction of the pyramids still amazes the archeologists and science because it is still revealing new secrets till now and not fully discovered.   Don’t miss the opportunity to go to see the panoramic view where you can see nine pyramids and take amazing photos with the pyramids.

The Giza plateau also includes the enchanting temple of the Great Sphinx, or the Guardian of the great treasures of the pyramids. It’s a great statue looks like sitting lion with a human head, reflecting the human wisdom and the power of the lions against the Egyptian Kings. You can also see the commemorative plaque of King Thutmose IV which put by the king after his dream during his hunting tour by being the next king of Egypt when he was a young prince. 

Therefore, after becoming a real king for Egypt, he insisted to put the commemorative plaque. Then, we move to the temple of mumification: the temple where the body of the dead king where subjected to the mumification process to save the body for the eternal life and the resurrection after the death. Therefore, the temple was one of the most significant temples concerning the significance of the process that happen inside it.

With your tour guide, you will be transferred to Memphis, which was the main center for trade and religion in ancient Egypt.  The city of Memphis was founded by KinGg Narmer in 3200 B.C. It embraces a large collection of artifacts that are different in size and shape. It includes a huge statue for King Ramses II and another massive statue for King Ramses, which is considered one of the most huge and heaviest statues in Egypt. It also includes another statue for the great sphinx made of alabaster stones, so its called the open museum of Memphis. 

Finally, you will be transferred to your hotel to rest and have a peaceful night to be ready for the next day and adventure.

On our third day, you will have an exceptional tour to Cairo, where you can discover the ancient ages that have passed by Cairo people and architecture, starting from the ancient Egyptian civilization reaching to the modern ages. Let’s start by discovering the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, which is the oldest museum in the Middle East. It also includes the largest collection of artifacts of the Egyptian civilization in the world. The ESquaregyptian Museum embraces unique pieces from prehistoric times to the Greek and Roman periods. 

The museum includes a distinctive unique piece of Egyptian artifacts, such as a statue of seated Isis suckling Hours which are two of the most famous gods in ancient Egyptian mythology. It also includes pieces of the treasure of the great king Tutankhamun for example: the coffin, and the ceremonial throne of the king. It is one of the best museums that shouldn’t be missed during your visit to Egypt. 

Now is the time to be amazed by seeing the Citadel of Salah El Din, which will enable you to have an unprecedented scene of Cairo from one of the highest points in Egypt. The citadel has a great history, starting from being the center for administration and important decisions from the Egyptian rulers for many years. 

When you reach the citadel, you can see the mosque of Muhammad Ali, which is one of the most beautiful mosques in Egypt. It is also called the Alabaster Mosque for being covered with Alabaster stones. Some archeologists believe that the reason behind building the mosque is that Muhammad Ali wanted to be buried in the mosque inside the citadel. 

After discovering this beautiful architecture, you will be transferred to see another art of architecture, the Coptic art, seeing the Hanging Church of the Virgin Mary. The church embraces a fascinating collection of Coptic vintage icons. The church gained this name because, when you see it at first glance, it looks hanged like a chandelier above the ruins of two towers of the Babylon fortress. In addition, it became the first papal residence of the Patriarchs of the Coptic Orthodox Church in Cairo.

Then, you will be transferred to see one of the oldest churches in Egypt Abu Serga or Saint Sergiu’s and Bachus. The church has been built upon a cavern that was the shelter for the holy family after its flight from the cruel kings during its trip to Egypt, so it is one of the most attractive for Christians from around the world. The church is located in the middle of the Roman fort. 

Our final destination will be visiting the synagogue of Ben Ezra, which is a Jewish center for worshipping. Besides, it includes what is known as Geniza, which is a collection of documents, papers, and historical books about Jewish history in Egypt and the world.  Behind the temple is a deep well, and Jews believe the mother of the prophet Moses was hiding him inside it to protect him. 

Finally , you will be back to your hotel to rest and enjoy your night in the hotel.

Enjoy your breakfast and be ready to fly to Sharm El Sheikh. Our tour leader will organize your pick-up time to be transferred to Cairo International Airport. Take a 1-hour flight, and upon your arrival in Sharm El Sheikh, our car will transfer you to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh City. 

Relax and enjoy the weather in the beautiful city.

In the afternoon, Be ready to experience one of the thrilling adventures that will raise your adrenaline and let you discover the mountains of Sainai and see the sunset of the beautiful sun, where you can have incredible scenes. The quad bike ride is an adventure that you should have and enjoy; don't forget to taste the bedouin tea with mint. Discover the traditional Bedouin life between the colorful mountains. Finally, you will be transferred to your hotel to enjoy your night. 

Overnight in Sharm Hotel.

On your sixth day, you will be transferred to spend one of the exceptional tours in Egypt, where you will be able to visit Ras Muhammed National Park in a tour that starts about 8 Am. You will see the blue waves of the Red Sea and be able to snorkel to see the fascinating coral reefs with their various colors and the different types of fish. The Red Sea is very well known for its unique reefs and the life underwater. After that, have your delicious lunch on the boat and spend 8 enchanting hours on the yacht. Finally, you will be transferred to your hotel to relax.
