After breakfast at your hotel, your tour guide will take you to Coptic Cairo. Here, you'll see the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon and The Hanging Church, which was built by early Christians on top of the towers of the Roman fortress. You'll also visit the Church of St. Sergius, also known as the Cavern Church or the Church of the Holy Family. This church is built above the crypt where the Holy Family resided for nearly three months, and you'll even get to see the well where they got their water supplies.
Next, you'll visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue, which is said to be where the basket of Moses was picked up from the Nile by the Pharaoh's daughter.
After exploring Coptic Cairo, you'll continue your day with a tour of Islamic Cairo. You'll explore the walls and gates of the medieval city founded by the Fatimids in the 10th century. Then, you'll get to enjoy some tea at El-Fishawy, which is the oldest cafe in Khan El Khalili Bazaar, and relax after a long adventurous day.
You'll spend the night at your hotel in Cairo. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the day.
