Your day will start with a breakfast served at the hotel's main restaurant, followed by a meeting with your certified tour guide from Cairo Day Tours. You'll then be taken to the plateau of El Giza to see the iconic pyramids of Giza, which were built 4500 years ago. Your tour will begin at the Great Pyramid of Cheops and then proceed to the pyramids of kings Khafra Chephren and Mycerinus. You'll have the opportunity to explore the Great Sphinx, which served as a guardian for the Necropolis for 450 years. After that, you'll proceed to the high plateau to get a panoramic view of the pyramids and indulge in a camel ride in Giza Pyramids. Lastly, you'll be transferred to the Valley Temple of King Chephren.
Your second destination will be the Egyptian Museum, which houses some of the most valuable artifacts globally. Next, you'll take the Coptic Cairo tour, which will bring you to many of the city's stunning and significant locations, including the Babylon fortress, The Hanging Church, and the church of St. Sergius. You'll also see the Ben Ezra Synagogue, which is believed to be the location where the Pharaoh's daughter retrieved the box of Moses from the Nile.
Following your lunch, you'll be taken to the Islamic Cairo region. Here, you will witness the walls and gates of the medieval city and the narrow streets filled with vibrant shops that date back to the 10th century. You'll eventually reach Al-Fishawi, one of the oldest coffee shops in Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you can enjoy a refreshing cup of mint tea during your Islamic excursion in Cairo.
