12 Days Tour to Egypt During Easter

Following breakfast, our knowledgeable guide will meet you in the hotel lobby to start your exciting Cairo Day Tour, which includes visiting the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, which was supposedly built to resemble the middle pyramid's owner, King Chephren.

One of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Pyramids will give you a rush of adrenaline as you take in their majestic old age. These monuments are a special and thrilling experience, serving as a reminder of the great Pharaohs who lived before us: Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus.

Following breakfast, you will travel to Alexandria, which was once the most beautiful city in the world and was constructed by Alexander the Great during the Greco-Roman era, in a luxurious air-conditioned car for approximately two hours.

The modern Bibliotheca of Alexandria will also be visited, along with the Greco-Roman sites and the Catacombs of Kom El Shouqafa, the ruins of the Roman temple complex, Pompey's pillar, and the Citadel of Qaitbay, one of the most popular destinations on our Alexandria Shore Excursions. The citadel of Qaitbay is home to the renowned lighthouse Pharos, which is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

After that, you'll eat lunch at a restaurant serving premium, freshly caught seafood. Eventually, you will be spending the night at your hotel in Alexandria.

After breakfast, a representative from Cairo Top Tours will take you on a land transfer to Cairo. You will be visiting the world's largest and most distinctive collection of Egyptian antiquities, as well as the only royal treasure that has been preserved, the golden pharaoh Tutankhamen, at the magnificent Egyptian Museum located in downtown Cairo.

Enjoy a delectable lunch at a nearby restaurant after finishing the tour of the Egyptian Museum. Then, board the train to Aswan and spend the night in your compartment.

We will have a terrific time today on our Aswan day trips to the most amazing sites. Our tour leader will be waiting for you at the train station to greet you to Aswan. 

You will see the Aswan High Dam, a remarkable feat of engineering that has prevented Egypt from experiencing frequent flooding. Visit the Philae Temple, one of the Nubian historical monuments, to see its remarkable stones and inscriptions that have been preserved for thousands of years, telling us the tale of an ancient civilization.

After seeing this impressive structure, you can learn more about its significant influence on Egyptian history. You'll be driven to your Aswan hotel at the end of the day so you can check in and spend the night.

You'll have a fantastic time touring the Abu Simbel Temples after breakfast. During the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II in the 19th century B.C., these twin temples were carved out of the mountainside. These are monuments to the king and his queen Nefertari, and their enormous exterior rock relief figures have become famous as a reminder of his victory at the Battle of Kadesh.

Back to your hotel in Aswan and overnight.

You will be driven to Luxor after eating breakfast at your Aswan hotel. During your day trip, you will see the magnificent Temple of Luxor, which was constructed by King Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty (New Kingdom) and finished by Ramesses II in the 19th Dynasty.

Transfer to your hotel in Luxor and overnight.

You will see the largest temple in the world today—the Karnak Temple, the pinnacle of Egyptian grandeur. The temple honors the most significant god, Amun, as well as their son Khonsu and his consort, the well-known goddess Mut. Numerous Egyptian kings worked on the structure from the start of the Middle Kingdom until the Graeco-Roman period.

You will also see the Colossi of Memnon, the Hatshepsut Temple in Deir Al-Bahary, the West Bank of the Nile monuments, and the Valley of Kings. Following that, you will travel by land for approximately three hours to Hurghada, where you will spend the night in a hotel.

Following breakfast, take an incredible two-hour underwater tour on Sindbad Submarine to see a variety of marine life and vibrant fish in the Red Sea. This 44-passenger submarine can take you on an amazing underwater journey with its two captains on staff.  The depth is 22 meters below sea level.Everyone can enjoy this trip; you don't have to be a scuba diver to enjoy it. You will be taken back to your Hurghada hotel after you are done.

You will be driven to Hurghada Airport to catch your flight to Cairo International Airport after breakfast. You have a lot of options for how to spend the rest of the day, or you can spend the day at your leisure. 

You can take a shopping tour in one of the Middle East's oldest bazaars, the Khan El Khalili Grand Bazaar, or take a very educational Coptic Cairo Tour. Alternatively, you can just enjoy a delightful dinner in a floating restaurant while taking in a distinctive show of entertainment.
