After enjoying breakfast, you'll head to the Wadi Hitan, also known as the Valley of Whales. is a desert valley located in the Western Desert of Egypt, about 150 kilometers southwest of Cairo. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is famous for its rich fossil record of early whales and other marine life.
After this exciting excursion, you'll proceed a few hundred meters south of Wadi El Rayyan Road to Mudawara Mountain for a visit. Although more of a rock structure than a real mountain, it has a lovely layered look and an arresting symmetry.
Next, you'll be driven by car to Karanis, a ruin from the Ptolemaic era. The city has several Roman, Coptic, and Early Islamic monuments, making it a fascinating place to explore. After that, you'll be transported back to your Cairo hotel, concluding your trip.
