After enjoying a delicious Egyptian breakfast, you will prepare for an exciting day in Egypt, accompanied by your tour guide.
In Cairo, you will be picked up from your hotel in a private van. The leisurely drive will take you about 105 kilometers southwest to Fayoum, an Egyptian city and the capital of Fayoum Governorate. The city is divided into two residential neighborhoods by the Bahr Youssef Canal, which runs through the middle of Fayoum. Upon reaching Fayoum, your first stop will be the Lake of Qarun, also known as the Pond of Qarun. This lake is located in the city of Fayoum, in Upper Egypt, northwest of the city of Beni Suef and west of the Nile River. It is one of the largest natural lakes in Egypt, and your tour guide will share some interesting historical information about it.
Afterward, you will take a break to enjoy a delicious lunch before continuing your journey.
Next, your tour guide will take you to the Wadi El Rayan Reserve, situated in the southwestern part of Fayoum Governorate. This reserve includes the Upper Lake, the Lower Lake, the area with waterfalls connecting the two lakes, the Uyun al Rayyan area south of the Lower Lake, and the Jabal al Rayan area, which encompasses the surroundings of the springs.
As the day comes to an end, your driver will safely transport you back to your hotel in Cairo, marking the completion of your tour.
