This famous site is home to most of the tombs of the New Kingdom pharaohs, and you'll be amazed by the well-preserved colorful frescoes, especially the trial scene, where you'll see countless gods such as the god Osiris in the afterlife, the goddess Maat, the goddess of justice, and Anubis, the god of the necropolis in ancient Egypt.
Next, you'll visit the Hatshepsut Temple or El Deir El Bahari Temple. It is a group of Pharaonic temples and tombs located on the West Bank from the Nile opposite the city of Luxor, Egypt.
At the end of your Luxor excursions, you'll tour the Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic seated stone statues representing the pharaoh Amenhotep III.
Enjoy a tasty open-buffet lunch and dinner aboard your Nile cruise boat while sailing to Edfu. You'll spend the night aboard the Nile cruise ship. If you want to experience a morning hot air balloon ride in Luxor, your personal tour guide can arrange it for you (optional activity).
