9 Days Easter Vacation to Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan

After breakfast at the hotel, your private tour guide will meet you to embark on your first stop of the day: the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. These awe-inspiring monuments showcase the incredible skill and power of the ancient Pharaohs of Egypt. You can even opt for a camel ride through the pyramids! You'll also visit the Valley Temple of the Kafra Valley.

After lunch, your next stop is Memphis, the former capital of the Old Kingdom of Egypt and home to some incredible ancient ruins. From there, you'll head to the Step Pyramid of King Djoser in Saqqara, which features impressive tombs of nobles like the one facing the Pyramid of King Teti of the Sixth Dynasty and the tomb of Kagemni, with its stunning ancient Egyptian art. Don't miss the colossal statue of Ramses and other fascinating artifacts.

After your tour of the Giza Pyramids, return to your hotel to rest and relax.

After breakfast, check out of your Cairo hotel. One of our representatives will meet you there, and you'll be driven to the airport to catch your flight to Luxor. Our guide will take you to your hotel and assist with check-in when you arrive in Luxor. Excursions to the Temple of Karnak and Luxor, which are connected by a sphinx avenue, will start in the afternoon on the Luxor East Bank of the Nile. Lunch at a local restaurant. You will stay the night in Luxor after going back to the hotel.

Following breakfast, a representative will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor and take you on one of the Wes Bank of Luxor Day Tours, which will take you to some incredible sites like the Colossi of Memnon and the Temple of Hatshepsut, During the 18th dynasty of the New Kingdom in ancient Egypt, Hatshepsut was one of the few female pharaohs to hold power. You will then travel to the Valley of the Kings,

Lunch at a nearby dining establishment. You will stay the night in Luxor after going back to the hotel.

After breakfast, we'll take an air-conditioned car to Aswan. A guide will take you to your lodging when we get there. You and our tour guide will see the Unfinished Obelisk in the afternoon along with the High Dam, an important construction project for Egypt to control floods on the banks of the Nile. a lunch break at a nearby restaurant. You will then return to your hotel in Aswan.

After breakfast, your Aswan sightseeing continues with a visit to the Philae Temple, a beautiful and historically significant temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. Enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant before returning to your hotel.

In the evening, experience the Philae Temple Sound and Light Show, which is truly a sight to behold. You'll board a motorboat and travel along the Nile to the island where the show takes place. The show will take you on a journey through ancient Egyptian history, complete with stunning laser projections and a retelling of the myth of Isis, Osiris, and Horus.

The Philae Temple was in danger of being flooded due to the regular flooding of the Nile. It was moved to Agilika Island, where it is now located, after a significant campaign to save it from disappearing in the mid-20th century. Take a walk around the island and marvel at the majestic monuments while learning about its fascinating history.

After the show, you'll board a boat back to the port and a shuttle will take you back to your Aswan hotel.

Hotel breakfast is available. Visit Abu Simbel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle with one of our representatives. At Abu Simbel, you'll go to the Temples of Ramses IV. You will travel back to Aswan and be transferred to the Aswan airport where you will board your flight back to Cairo. Check-in and spend the night in your hotel in Cairo.
