Itinerary

When you arrive in Luxor, a representative from Cairo Top Tours will pick you up and take you to the starting point of your 5-star MS Royal Lotus Nile Cruise, one of numerous Egypt Nile River Cruises that depart from Luxor to Aswan.

After setting sail, begin your Luxor sightseeing excursions by stopping by the beautiful Karnak temple structure, which the Pharaohs constructed and expanded over the course of 2000 years during the New Kingdom to become a massive structure that occupies a sizable area. When taking one of the Luxor East Bank tours, you will then be taken to the magnificent Luxor Temple. After dinner, spend the night in Luxor while on your Nile River Cruise.

After dinner, spend the night in Aswan.

After breakfast on board the MS Royal Lotus Nile Cruise in Aswan, you will have an incredible Egypt Day Tour that includes a visit to the largest construction undertaking in Egypt's recent history, Aswan the High Dam, which prevented Egypt from being submerged under the annual Nile floodwaters. Continue your Aswan day trips to the granite quarries to witness the Unfinished Obelisk, which Queen Hatshepsut is claimed to have started construction on in the New Kingdom but hadn't finished as of yet.
