The journey begins with a morning transport from Cairo's hotel to the Egypt Desert Safari tours, which starts with the Bahariya Oasis tour. You will be taken in an air-conditioned automobile to the Baharyia Oasis, where you will be toured around the sites.
Your first trip will be to the Museum of Golden Mummies, The 36-square-kilometer Valley of the Golden Mummies, discovered in the Bahariya Oasis in 1996 AD, is Egypt's largest Greco-Roman cemetery. There were around 250 mummies recovered, most of which belonged to an elite who had lived in Bahariya Oasis during the Greco-Roman period.
The second destination is the Black Desert, which follows the Bahariya Oasis and is somewhat north of the White Desert. This desert, its rocks, and its mountains are all coated with a thin layer of black powder, hence the name. You will have lunch while touring.
