First, you will visit Maraki Village on the foothills of the splendid Siwa Mountain. Here, you will find numerous relics of early man, there are seven fossils of coral rocks from the Cambrian age now surrounded and merged with the sands of the desert. 

For those who enjoy some extra adrenaline, there is sandboarding on the massive dunes of the Great Sand Sea. It is not as fast-moving as snowboarding, however, having the feeling of sledding down the soft yellow sand is an experience on its own. Thus, choosing the correct wax will make it very easy for you to move when on the dunes and will make the ride even more fun. 

Once the rush is over take a break and soothe your bones and soul in the hot spring water of Bir Wahid with water whose temperature is a comfortable 40 degrees celsius.

Your first visit will be to the rock-cut tombs that are located in the Mountain of the Dead (Jabal EL Mawta), known also as the Tombs of the Kings, on the western side of the outskirts of the town, where you will be visiting the tombs of the kings of the 26th Dynasty namely the tomb of Si-Amun or the Crocodile Tomb. These archaeological sites give the visitors a peek of the historical past of Siwa and how it was associated with the Egyptian ancient civilization. 

Then, proceed to the Bedouin village of Abu Ali, where guests will be able to know the Bedouin style and setting. Learn about less traditional facets of it as a one-class school and other cultural attractions. You will also be able to take a tour to the Burial Place of Alexander III of Macedonia also referred to as Alexander the Great.
