On the first day of your tour from Cairo or Giza, you will see the mysteries of Bahariya Oasis. You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning and driven in a comfortable, air-conditioned car by our local Bedouin guide through the greenery of the oasis.
The trip starts in the Valley of the Golden Mummies where ten outstanding royal mummies give insight into Egyptian burial traditions. Then proceed to the nobles’ tombs-the rich archaeological site that provides a glimpse into the social and architectural clout of the early leaders of the oasis. These are the enigmatic Zed-Amun-Ef-Ankh tomb and Bannentiu tomb.
After that, go to the temple of Alexander the Great which was built to mark his halt before proceeding to Siwa Oasis. The last stop is going to be the temple of Ain El-Mefetla which belongs to the 26th dynasty of Egypt and was constricted with added rooms throughout the epochs.
