We begin the day with a visit to the Jeita Grotto after breakfast. A network of two different but interconnected limestone tunnels covering approximately 9 kilometers. It has one of the world's most extensive and magnificent collections of stalactites and stalagmites.
Next, we go to Byblos, the world's oldest continuously inhabited city. Its picturesque Phoenician harbour is steeped in history and heritage, making it one of Lebanon's most interesting destinations.
We next go to Harissa, a mountain hamlet that is home to one of the most prominent Lebanese pilgrimage destinations, the Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon. We will visit the hamlet by cable car, taking in the breathtaking views of the city and its sea.
Later in the day, we'll tour the capital city, taking in the gorgeous architecture and big modern structures, as well as seeing the Corniche, Pigeon Grotto, and Beirut Souks.
