A Ballon Safari
Spend your second or third day in Kenya experiencing the exhilarating Balloon Safari in Masai Mara. Starting at 5:30 PM, the tour takes you on a one-hour ride over the Masai Mara National Park, where you can see the reserve's breathtaking wildlife. Miles of savannah, undulating hills, and riverine forest dot the park, which is home to a sizable lion population. Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park this morning. This narrow, alkaline lake is famous for its huge flamingo population; hundreds of thousands of these birds can sometimes give the lake a shining pink colour. Following breakfast, arrive at Aberdare National Park, saying goodbye to Lake Nakuru National Park. The Aberdare National Park is beautiful, with open grasslands and steep forested ravines.
