You will be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul to take a 45-minute flight to Kayseri Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met by your private guide to enjoy one of the most fascinating cities in Turkey. First, we will visit the famous Divergent Valley and Basabagi. After lunch at a local restaurant in the town of Avanos on the banks of the red Kizilirmak River, we will see some of the world-famous Turkish handicrafts.
In the afternoon we will visit the Göreme Open Air Museum and the Uchisar Rock Fortress. We will finish the tour with a visit to the "Underground City of Serhatel or Özkonak" which is one of the best preserved and deep underground cities in the region. We will transfer you to Kayseri Airport for your flight back to Istanbul.
