Resume your tours in Cairo by transferring to the site where the first capital of Egypt was, the ancient city of Memphis, now identified as Mit Rahina and you will see the open-air museum with the alabaster sphinx and the enormous statue of King Ramses II whose mummy was discovered in 1981, he ruled Egypt during the new kingdom.

You will have a delicious lunch in a good quality restaurant viewing the pyramids and the Sphinx before being transferred back to the hotel.

Continue to visit the Citadel of Salah El Din and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali inside, which portrays a bizarre example of Ottoman design in Cairo. The plan is duplicated as the legendary Blue Mosque of Istanbul, The Citadel is a medieval Islamic-period fortress in Cairo and it's considered to be the core of the Egyptian government since it was built by Salah Eldin until the time of King Farouk during the first half of the 20th century.

After your lunch rest in an oriental restaurant to enjoy your lunch, enjoy Old Cairo's churches to discover the ruins of the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon, and get astonished by the Hanging Church, one of the main sites of Old Cairo trips, you will also visit the church of St Sergius which is also recognized as the Cavern Church that was constructed up the crypt where Jesus Christ and his mother stayed for nearly 3 months. Transfer back to the hotel to stay for the night and get ready for tomorrow's trip to Alexandria from Cairo.
