The pyramid is a transitional phase in the development of the royal burial tombs.
We have the possibility to enter the Pyramid of Teti who ruled the country during the 6th dynasty and the tomb of his sixth daughter's husband, Kagemni tomb, which is one of the most impressive tombs of the nobles for having a rich amount of offerings and hunting acenes inscribed on its walls and still very well-preserved until now.
Have your delightful lunch meal in one of the good quality restaurants and transfer to Memphis, now known as Mit Rahina to see the open-air museum with its amazing artifacts, especially the alabaster sphinx of Memphis, and the colossal statue of Ramses II, the new kingdom legendary pharaoh who is the owner of the impressive Abu Simbel Temples in Aswan.
