7 Days Cairo and Christmas Nile Cruise

Enjoy your 1st buffet breakfast at the hotel then begin your Cairo tours to visit the Pyramids of Giza, visit the Great Pyramid of King Cheops who belongs to the 4th dynasty, the pyramids of Chephren his son, and Mycerinus who owns the smallest pyramid in Giza Necropolis, then move to the panoramic area to take memorable photos of the three pyramids together and have an optional camel ride around Giza Pyramids, resume your tour to Giza Pyramids by visiting the Great Sphinx which is a mythological animal symbolizing strength and authority, and the Valley Temple within the funerary complex of King Chephren, the temple is paved in white marble and the huge stone blocks are miraculously put together, Next, we will move to start the Egyptian Museum tour to see the treasures of the most famous King Tutankhamen and many other breathtaking artifacts. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, vegetarian food is available on request. Transfer back to the hotel overnight.

After your daily breakfast, we will help you through checking-out of the hotel and transfer you by the modern air-conditioned vehicle to Cairo airport so as to catch your domestic flight heading to Aswan. Upon arrival at Aswan airport, meet our representative who will transfer you to the Nile cruise ship, check in before lunch, lunch aboard the Nile cruise, and the start of the Aswan sightseeing tours to visit the High Dam which protected Egypt from the annual Nile floods, the Unfinished Obelisk within the granite quarries, and the Temple of Philae that was built for the worship of one of the most significant deities of ancient Egypt, Goddess Isis who was the hero in the famous myth of Isis and Osiris, back to the cruise ship and overnight in Aswan after dinner.

Breakfast aboard your Aswan to Luxor Nile cruise, begin your tour to Kom Ombo and Edfu by visiting the temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the two gods, God Sobek and  God Horaeris, set sail towards Edfu to visit the Temple of Edfu that was built to honor the patron of kingship, God Horus, sail to Esna, have lunch aboard the vessel and dinner will be served while you enjoy the beautiful Nile water all night.

Breakfast aboard the boat and then begin your Luxor Day tours to visit the Valley of the Kings, which is the most important site during the Luxor west bank tours; including a visit to 3 tombs within the royal necropolis that was created for the new kingdom pharaohs to be buried in, go to visit the Temple of Hatshepsut in El-Deir El-Bahary, we will stop to see the Colossi of Memnon, the immense statues of King Amenhotep III who owned a big temple at the same area. Lunch and dinner will be served aboard the Nile cruise boat before starting Luxor east bank tours. Visit the Temples of Karnak and Luxor, the biggest landmarks in Thebes, (Luxor nowadays). The two temples are connected to each other by an avenue flanked by ram-headed sphinxes known as the avenue of sphinxes. Back to the cruise ship and overnight.

Debark the Nile cruise boat after breakfast to be transferred to Luxor airport to catch your flight back to Cairo. When you arrive at Cairo airport, you will be met to transfer privately to your hotel in Cairo. Spend the rest of the day at leisure or you can book an informative Coptic and Islamic Cairo tour.
