Welcome Drink

Get ready for your big day today as you will get very close to the Egyptian marvel, the great pyramid of Giza during your Giza Pyramids tour.

Have your tasty buffet breakfast served at the hotel before meeting up with your accredited Egyptologist to start the first of your Cairo trips, today we will see the old kingdom necropolis in Saqqara and Giza Plateau, also we will see the place where the 1st capital of Egypt used to be, roughly 5000 years ago.

Start with your tour to Giza Pyramids to see the huge structures that were built by the great pharaohs of Egypt during the 4th dynasty, Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus. The three pyramids are believed to be built according to a group of stars with the main entrance locates to the north to serve as burial tombs for the semi-god kings. The biggest one belongs to King Cheops and your tour guide will get into details about why and how the great pyramids were built.

Proceed to the high spot to enjoy camel riding in Giza Pyramids (optional) and your Bedouin guide will capture impressive tricky photos for you.

Now we will see the Great Sphinx, the man-headed lion figure which is 73 meters tall and we will also enter the Valley Temple which is another interesting part of the funerary complex of King Chephren.

Your driver will take you to Saqqara Necropolis, about 45 minutes far from Cairo to see the oldest stone pyramid in Egypt, the Step Pyramid which was built by the famous architect Imhotep for his king, Djoser of the 3rd dynasty. The pyramid is a transitional phase in the development of the royal burial tombs.

We have the possibility to enter the Pyramid of Teti who ruled the country during the 6th dynasty and the tomb of his son in law, Kagemni tomb which is one of the most impressive tombs of the nobles for having a rich amount of offering and hunting acenes inscribed on its walls and still very well-preserved until now.

Have your delightful lunch meal in one of the good quality restaurants and transfer to Memphis, now known as Mit Rahina to see the open-air museum with its amazing artifacts, especially the alabaster sphinx of Memphis and the colossal statue of Ramses II, the new kingdom pharaoh who is the owner of the impressive Abu Simbel Temples in Aswan.

Transfer back to your hotel and overnight

After having breakfast at the hotel you will meet up with your expert tour guide to begin your Cairo to Alexandria day trip as you will take the Alexandria Desert Road for almost 3 hours drive including a coffee break. Upon arrival, you will fall in love with the beautiful city of Alexandria which was founded in 332 B.C by the famous Macedonian leader Alexander the Great and remains the capital of Egypt for almost 1000 years.

First, you will see Pompey's Pillar which is located within the ruined Serapeum of Alexandria, transfer to see the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, which is an ancient catacomb comprised of 3 floors under the ground and ornamented from the inside with a mixture of Pharaonic and Greco-Roman styles of art and architecture.

Transfer to the Citadel of Qaitbay which is built by the ruined stones of the ancient Lighthouse Pharos. We will pass by the modern Bibliotheca of Alexandria on our way to enjoy a pleasant seafood lunch meal in a restaurant overlooking the seawater.

Qe will take the vehicle back to Cairo for an overnight stay.

After your breakfast at the hotel is done, 

you will meet your guide to starting your Cairo day tours by the Egyptian Museum tour, see the most ancient artifacts inside the Egyptian Museum in Cairo which was opened to the public in 1902 to house the biggest collection of ancient artifacts.

Continue your excursions in Cairo to visit the Citadel of Saladin, a Medieval Cairo fortification built by the Muslim Sultan Saladin Al Ayyubi. You will be amazed by the size of its towers before entering the alabaster mosque of Mohamed Ali inside, the citadel was built during the 12th century to be the center of ruling the country for about 700 years while the mosque of Mohamed Ali was built in 1805 and completed in after his death by his son and successor to continue the same dynasty in ruling Egypt till the Egyptian revolution in 1952.

Finally, after having your tasty lunch, you will be transferred to the oldest market in Cairo for an amazing shopping experience in the Khan El Khalili bazaar.

You will be transferred to the hotel and overnight in Cairo.
