After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, our representative will meet you in the lobby to take you on a day of fascinating Cairo tours. The first tour will be exciting; you'll visit the Giza Pyramids. You'll be surprised by their size and the impressive history they embody, dating back over 3,500 years.
I highly recommend visiting the Great Pyramid of Cheops, which was the work of King Snefru and his father, King Cheops. Not only is it an amazing sight, but it's also a testimony to the skills of these incredible builders. Next, head to the high plateau to see the three pyramids of King Chephren, the son of King Snefru.
If you have the chance to enjoy a camel ride on the Giza Plateau, you'll be able to see the Great Sphinx of Giza, which is a statue of a man with a lion's body. This statue is believed to have been made for King Khafre himself, and its funerary complex is also home to the valley temple where King Khafre's mummification process took place. Finally, you can enter the king's burial valley temple, where you'll see his mummified body.
Thank you for joining me on my tour of Cairo. Today, we'll visit the ancient city of Memphis, where you'll see the impressive open-air museum with the magnificent sphinx and the imposing statue of King Ramses II, Later, we'll have lunch at a local restaurant, and then we'll be transferred back to our hotel. I hope you've enjoyed today's visit!
