Siwa Oasis is an urban oasis in a depression 10 meters below sea level and located between the Qattara Depression and the Great Sand Sea only 60 KMs from the Lybian borders, 350 KMs from Marsa Matrouh on the North Coast of Egypt, and about 600 KMs from the Capital of Egypt, Cairo.
