With our 2-day trip to Luxor from Makadi Bay, you will get to discover both the West and the East banks of the beautiful city of Luxor. On the first day, we will take you to explore the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the Valley of the Kings the Temple of Medinet Habu, and the Colossi of Memnon; the two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III, which stand at the front of the ruined Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III.

On the second day, you will take a tour of the East Bank which includes Karnak Temple; which comprises a vast mix of decayed temples, and Luxor Temple.

Our tour leader will pick you up from your hotel in Makadi Bay to begin your tour.

First, you will visit the Colossi of Memnon; the two colossal statues representing King Amenhotep III seated and having his hands resting on his knees facing towards the Nile River.

Then you will transfer to the temple of El Deir El Bahri to have an in-depth tour of the temple with your tour guide.

Enjoy a then your lunch meal at one of the best local restaurants in Luxor before heading to the Valley of the Kings and Deir El Madina (the worker's village) where all the artisans and the craftsmen who participated in decorating the tombs at the Valley of the Kings used to live til their death.

At the end of the day transfer back to your Luxor hotel.

After your breakfast at your hotel in the morning, your tour guide will transfer you to the East Bank of the Nile River. You will start your Luxor excursions with Karnak Temple, which is considered the most ancient worship place in Egypt.

Then continue to Luxor Temple, before having your lunch and transferring back to Makadi Bay at the end of the day.
