You will be picked up from your Luxor hotel or Nile cruise by your knowledgeable Egyptologist Luxor Local tour guide. and then escort you to the King Seti I memorial temple in Abydos, which was constructed for the resurrection and afterlife deity Osiris by Seti I and his son Ramses II. One of Egypt's most magnificent religious buildings is the Abydos Temple.

There are seven chapels dedicated to Horus, Isis, Osiris, Amon Re, Ptah, Seti I, and Re-Horakhty among the fine art reliefs that incorporate the Abydos Kings list (showing the cartouche containing the names of the pharaohs of Egypt from the first to the 19th dynasty). Explore the mysterious Osireion building at the back of the temple.

Keep exploring the Dendera temple complex (Located 99km to the South of Abydos). One of Egypt's best-preserved temple complexes is this one. Pepi I, a pharaoh, established the temple, which was maintained during the New Kingdom (1550-1080 BC). What was left in Egypt was from the Greco-Roman period. The Dendera Temple's ceiling was recently cleaned in a delicate manner that removed centuries' worth of black soot without damaging the original paint. As a result, the magnificent ceiling painting in the main hall of the Hathor temple has been revealed, making some of the most bright and colourful paintings from antiquity apparent.
