Starting this tour at Giza Necropolis to discover the Great Pyramid of Cheops, also known as the Great Pyramid of Giza, is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in Giza, Egypt. It is estimated to have been built over 4,500 years ago during the reign of Pharaoh Khufu, and it was originally 146 meters (480 feet) tall. You will also get to discover some of Saqqara's attractions like the step pyramids, Tombs of nobles, and the Serapeum, then we will take the vehicle to Cairo downtown to enjoy a relaxing Nile felucca ride on the Nile in Cairo for half an hour.

Itinerary

Begin your tour with one of our fantastic Cairo Day Tours from Taba, where a representative from Cairo top tours will meet you at your Taba hotel and transfer you to Sharm el-Sheikh airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will meet our tour leader who will assist you at the airport, then he will take you to meet your English-speaking guide to begin your sightseeing to the Giza pyramids, Saqqara, and Motor Boat ride.

We will move to the Giza plateau for a full view of the necropolis and you will get entrance tickets to The King Chephren Pyramid, also known as the Pyramid of Khafre, starting our way up we will stop by the Pyramid of King Chephren, Khufu's beloved son who built his pyramid slightly smaller in size than his father's.

then, you will have a traditional lunch in a nearby restaurant before proceeding to Saqqara.

Saqqara is an ancient burial site in Egypt that contains various structures, you will visit a lot of places including the step pyramid, which is considered to be the first pyramid ever built. The site also contains the tombs of the nobles, with intricate carvings and decorations, as well as an entrance ticket to the Serapeum, a mysterious underground complex that houses the remains of sacred bulls. you can explore the site, marvel at the architecture and artwork, and learn about ancient Egyptian burial customs and beliefs.

Finally, we will use the vehicle to travel to downtown Cairo, where we can unwind by taking a pleasant half-hour Nile-felucca ride on the Nile in Cairo. This will provide an opportunity to witness the captivating sunset from aboard a traditional sailing boat on the timeless Nile River.
